Bottom Line:
As an EDM producer this is most likely right up your alley, but from my point of view as a more traditional orchestral producer, this was a real surprise. Not only did I love the basic sound of SubCulture, but the simple to experiment interface is perfect for my compositions
UVI Vintage Vault 2

Bottom Line:
The Vintage Vault series has been expanded, updated and but still remains excellent value, and if the trend continues to introduce more titles to the line the future looks bright for synthoholics like me. UVI are proving themselves time and again as a worthy competition to the venerable Kontakt line, and with their generous licensing, extensive product range and straightforward workflow the UVI Engine platform looks to be the most exciting contender for No1 spot on the market right now.
UVI World Suite

Bottom Line:
This is again an excellent product from UVI, who don’t seem to be capable of doing any wrong recently. I hope they expand on this collection again soon with a Mk2 – not that there’s any chance of getting bored with the current library, but the world is a big place, and there are so many more journeys for this brilliant series to explore, I’m sure.

For its few shortcomings, Orchestral Suite offers a wealth of creativity and flexibility at a frugal DSP and purchase price, and at the end of the day, what more could one ask for really?

There is no doubt Key Suite Acoustic offers excellent value for money. In my view, it would be so with just half of the included instruments.

Where Vintage Vault 2 may be a little too broad for some people, FM Suite squarely focuses on classic FM heritage in a well-curated and value bundle.
UVI Cinematic Shades
Bottom Line:
This is a very exciting development in the Falcon expansion range and leaves one considering future releases and how UVI intend to further push the audio boundaries.

Bottom Line:
UVI has done a great job with Beatbox Anthology 2, no easy task when you’re talking about so many historic machines from nearly 50 years, they’ve really hit it right.

A perfect partner for Falcon, Synth Anthology 2 patches beg to be layered and affected with the extended synth controls it offers.
