LORDE’S SUNDAY 12 NOVEMBER SHOW TO BE RELOCATED TO BRUCE MASON CENTRE

LORDE’S SUNDAY 12 NOVEMBER SHOW TO BE RELOCATED TO BRUCE MASON CENTRE

TUESDAY 14 + WEDNESDAY 15 NOVEMBER @ POWERSTATION SHOWS NOW 18+

Frontier Touring and Eccles Entertainment regret to advise that for reasons beyond their control, licensing complications at Auckland’s Powerstation will require the relocation of Lorde’s upcoming concert on Sunday 12 November which will now take place at Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna.

On Thursday night (9 Nov) Frontier and Eccles Entertainment were informed by the Powerstation that the Licensing Police had refused them permission to host any persons under the age of 18 at Lorde’s three sold out Auckland concerts.

As the Sunday 12 November Lorde concert is an all ages show and can no longer take place at the Powerstation, the concert will now be relocated to Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna.  Anyone with a ticket for the show on Sunday 12th November should go to the Bruce Mason centre for the show – your ticket will be valid for that show and you need take no further action other than turn up at the new venue.

Unfortunately, anyone regardless of age, holding an ALL AGES ticket for the shows on 14 and 15 November will now be unable to attend the Powerstation shows on those dates.

If you have such a ticket, you are welcome to attend the show on Sunday 12 November at the Bruce Mason Centre.  It will be possible for ONE accompanying adult (already holding a ticket for one of the shows on either 14 or 15 November) to attend the Sunday show at Bruce Mason Centre with the under 18 ticket holder.  If as an ALL AGES ticket holder, you cannot attend the show on 12th November you will be able to receive a refund for your ticket at your original point of purchase.

All 18+ ticket holders for the shows at the Powerstation on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November are unaffected and the shows will run as scheduled.

Frontier Touring and Eccles Entertainment are incredibly disappointed with this last-minute venue change and appreciate the understanding of Lorde fans.
