Roland has announced the EARTH Piano, a versatile, software-based piano instrument available exclusively through Roland Cloud. EARTH Piano integrates Roland’s renowned piano sound technologies into digital production, offering a variety of acoustic piano sounds and extensive customization options within an intuitive interface.

Users can access EARTH Piano through a Lifetime Key or the Roland Cloud Ultimate membership, both of which come with a free 30-day trial. Until November 30, 2024, the Lifetime Key is available at a special introductory price of $49.99, an 80% discount off the standard $249.99 price.

Since the debut of the EP-10 in 1973, Roland has continuously pushed piano design forward. EARTH Piano combines advanced multi-sampling and proprietary modeling techniques to deliver a lifelike, expressive experience, making it ideal for everything from solo performances to full-scale productions.

This instrument includes seven distinct pianos, ranging from resonant concert grands suited for jazz and classical, to bright, punchy pianos for the studio, and atmospheric upright, felt, and toy pianos for pop, electronic, and cinematic genres.

With an intuitive interface, EARTH Piano provides controls for fine-tuning tonal details, including temperament, stereo width, and dynamic range, as well as cabinet resonance, string resonance, and pedal noise.
