The electric sitar, first developed in the 1960s, plays like a standard 6-string guitar but produces the distinctive resonant buzz of a traditional Indian sitar. Its signature sound comes from a specialized buzz bridge and a set of sympathetic harp strings. Shreddage 3 Electro Sitar captures these nuances with care, offering full guitar articulations and multiple round robins, while allowing the harp strings to be plucked separately, engaged for resonance, or muted as needed.
